ABOUT

“I believe that when I listen to my clients, advise them honestly and guide them through the emotions of the transaction, they will have a distinct advantage. My commitment is to ensure that they will make wise and informed decisions. While advice is critical, I also make sure to listen to the needs of my client to ensure they get to where they want to go.”

Brian’s understanding of excellent client services stems from his 30-year career in real estate asset management. He has provided management services for single family, town-home,  multi-family and commercial properties and recently was awarded the sales distinctions of “The President’s Circle Award” and “Honor Society Award” presented by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. These distinctions put Brian in the top 5% of 48,000 agent’s nationwide. Brian is also a commercial real estate agent represented by Berkshire Hathaway Commercial Division.

Over the last 30 years Brian has seen the ebb and flow of both residential and commercial real estate and how buyers and sellers will react during good times as well as during a downturn. He keenly understands the emotions and flow of the transaction, no matter how challenging, and takes this experience to each transaction.

“I believe the most important thing I have learned over the years is my ability to gauge the temperature of a transaction. Buyers and sellers are so aware of what is going on via the internet, however, if this mountain of data is not interpreted correctly it can be very detrimental to their transaction. The internet does not understand the temperature of a transaction which can quickly change from day to day, minute to minute and even by the second. There is no app or algorithm that can monitor the transaction temperature. Only experience can.”

As the former chairman of the Santa Ynez Homeowners Association Architectural Committee in Pacific Palisades and a graduate of U.S.C., Brian has been a lifetime Westside resident and a Pacific Palisades homeowner since 1993. Without question he has an acute understanding of all Westside areas including Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Bel Air and Holmby Hills. Along with his lovely wife and two children, he has first-hand experience with local youth sports and knows key facts about schools and the rewards of living in certain areas over others.

Brian is a seasoned resource for all your residential and investment property needs. His market knowledge, combined with astute negotiating skills, distinguishes his client services, and the results his clients enjoy makes them friends for life.
