“I believe that when I listen to my clients, advise them honestly and guide them through the emotions of the transaction, they will have a distinct advantage. My commitment is to ensure that they receive factual information so they can make wise and informed decisions. While advice is critical, I also make sure to listen to my client’s needs so they get to where they want to go.”
Brian’s understanding of excellent client services stems from his 30-year career in real estate asset management. He has provided sales, management and leasing services for single family, town-home, multi-family and commercial properties and recently was awarded the residential “President’s Circle” sales distinction and “Honor Society Award ” by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices for being in the top 3% of 48,000 agents nationwide. Brian is also a commercial real estate agent represented by Berkshire Hathaway Commercial Division and is a member of The California Association of Realtors, The National Association Realtors as well as The Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.
Over the last 30 years Brian has seen the ebb and flow of both residential and commercial real estate and how buyers and sellers will react during good times as well as during a downturn. He keenly understands the emotions and flow of the transaction, no matter how challenging, and takes this experience to each transaction.
“I believe the most important thing I have learned over the years is my ability to gauge the temperature of a transaction. Buyers and sellers are so aware of what is going on via the internet, however, if this mountain of data is not interpreted correctly it can be very detrimental to their transaction. The internet does not understand the temperature of a transaction which can quickly change from day to day, minute to minute and even by the second. There is no app or algorithm that can monitor the transaction temperature. Only experience can.”
